Building Lives International background
Meet Francis Maliyamungu (Mali) and Brian Ainematsiko, who were both primarily raised in an orphanage/home for street children, but fortunately given access to education and opportunity. With a shared interest in giving back to their community, the organization and now growing NGO of BUILDING LIVES INTERNATIONAL was founded. As former street kids themselves, they understand the many challenges street children face every day, and are able to offer a unique connection for encouragement, hope, and support for rehabilitation. Their main project includes a home for young boys in an effort to reduce cycles of poverty by providing an education, safe housing, meals, hygiene, clothing, a variety of life skills, mentoring, and attempts to work with families when possible for more home based support.
About us
Mali and Brian are the founders of BLIM in Uganda at a young age they began an inclination towards facilitating the united effects of many resources that proclaim God’s good news to the lost and hurting of our World.
